with lower specifications than those listed may cause the quality
of the connections and functionality to be variable and unreliable.

- For all browsers, enable JavaScript™
- To use Chat, Whiteboard, the edit-on®Pro
HTML editor, and the WebEQ™ Equation Editor, enable Java™.
- To use ticket-based authentication,client browsers
must allow cookies.
- To use all features in Content Module,
client browsers must allow cookies.
- For all browsers, enable cascading style sheets
(.css).
- For all users, set cached pages to update automatically
(Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Netscape Navigator 6.2x)
or when the page is out of date (Netscape Navigator 7.0)
When you login to WebCT, the Browser Check automatically
verifies that your browser is compatible with WebCT and informs
you if it is not.
You can also click the Check Browser link on the
top menu bar to confirm whether your browser is supported.
If you are unable to access some items in WebCT
there may be a problem with your browser or other
software on your computer.
Go to WebCT
Browser Tune-up and check that your browser settings are
correct for WebCT.
